Shipping
Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 3 -7 business days, in-stock items will ship sooner. Orders will ship via Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail. Need it in a hurry? No problem, we offer our customers Express Mail service for an additional charge. Please note: In order to ship overnight, orders MUST be received by 3:00 pm E.S.T. Orders received after 3:00 pm E.S.T. will ship the following business day. For international shipping, please contact us for shipping information as there are many variables.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase price under the following terms and conditions:
- You are welcome to return an item for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
- We will refund the purchase price however, we do not cover return shipping costs. You will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise minus any shipping costs. Sorry, but shipping costs are not refundable. Naturally, if an error has been made by us we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well.
- Refunds will be made in the form of original payment OR by a company check - at our discretion.
- Returns and exchanges must be sent using a traceable/trackable method of shipping such as FedEx, UPS or U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation. To ensure a full credit please ship using a tracking # and protect the item so it arrives in new condition.
- All items MUST not have been worn or washed and they MUST be in the original packaging with all accesories and manufacturer's tags attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
- We are sorry but we cannot allow refunds or exchanges on personalized or customized merchandise (unless due to a manufacturer’s defect or store error).
- Gift baskets, gift sets, clearance, holiday and sale items are not returnable under any circumstance.
- Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part.
